- For generating the internal flow, geometry of top of rotor shell is optimization and for weight reduction of motor, the side of rotor
shell is substituted by ply optimized composite material

- The optimized wheel was designed through topology optimization approach considering international standards for wheel test and
the design variables were adjusted by RSM (Response Surface method)

Recycling system for making filaments of 3-D printer
- Construct the system for making filaments for 3-D printers from polymer pellets and wasted polymer.
- The system integrates four main parts for recycling filament: a shredder, which crushes polymer waste into small pieces; an extruder,
which extrudes filament from the crushed pieces; a sensing and control component, which regulates the diameter of the extruded
filament via a closed-loop control system, and a spooler.
- Additionally, the dimensional accuracy, the mechanical properties of filaments were investigated and compared.
